In general, Chapter 4 presents the findings of the investigation. It is not to analyze the data per se. Rather presents the direct results of the data.
Chapter 5 provides a further Dissertation discussion of the data and the topic at hand. It is these discussions with other findings to show similarities and differences and why they may be of interest.
The format spells out how the chapters and paragraphs need to be organized. It also usually covers how references should be handle. Depending upon the school, it may even specify font size and type.
